Bodyweight Workout (Beginner)

Squats            Body Weight      12 reps x 3 sets
Push Ups         Body Weight       12 reps x 3 sets
Superman        Body Weight       12 reps x 3 sets
Plank               Body Weight       30 sec x 2 sets

*30 Secs rest in between exercises. 1 min rest in between sets
(ie Squats – 30 secs rest – Pushups – 30 secs rest – Superman – 30 secs rest – Plank)
(ie Set 1 – 1 min rest – Set 2 – 1 min rest – Set 3)
