Bodyweight Exercise Program

Squats                       Body Weight      Max Rep
Burpees                     Body Weight      Max Rep
Jumping Jacks           Body Weight      Max Rep

Each exercise will take 30 Secs. Complete as many repetitions in each 30 Second interval
After 3 exercises, take 30-Secs rest. Repeat the set again.
Complete 10 Sets
