My New Friend – Pull Up Bar

I just bought a pull up bar (as seen from the picture) and instead of heading to the gym, I thought why not carry out my usual workout at home. Fast and effective. 


  • 2 Jumping Lunges with 2 Hanging Knee Leg Raises
  • 10 High Knees with 1 Power Jump
  • 1 Burpee with 1 Pull Up
  • 3-Count Pulse Pushup
  • Exercise Ball Pushup Hold Curl

50 Secs / 10 Secs Interval

Total of 4 Sets

Total of 20 Minutes

  • Pull Up Bar
  • Exercise Ball
  • Gym Boss
