Set 1 – Back Squats

1 round of Warm Up Barbell Squats
1 round Warm Up Barbell Squats (20kg)

3 rounds of Barbell Squats (40kg) x 8 Reps

Set 2 – Barbell Row

1 round of Warm Up Barbell Row
1 round of Warm Up Barbell Row (10kg)

3 rounds of Barbell Row (20kg) x 8 Reps

Set 3 – Single Leg Deadlifts

3 Rounds of Single Leg Deadlifts (17.5kg) x 8 Reps

Set 4 – Cable Row

3 Rounds of Cable Row (Avg 38kg) x 8 Reps

Set 5 – Pistol Squat

3 Rounds of Pistol Squats (5kg) x 5 Reps

Set 6 – Pull Ups

Pull Ups x 10 Reps
