Set 1 – Dumbbell Bench Press 

1 round of Warm Up Dumbbell Bench Press (12.5kg x 2) x 15 Reps
1 round of Warm Up Pushup

3 rounds of Dumbbell Bench Press (17.5kg x 2) x 8 Reps

Set 2 – Cable Woodchops + Shoulder Press

3 rounds of Cable Woodchops Left (16.25kg) x 8/10/12 Reps
3 rounds of Cable Woodchops Right (16.25kg) x 8/10/12 Reps
3 rounds of Shoulder Press (8kg x 2) x 8 Reps

Set 3 – Cable Triceps Pulldown + Cable Biceps Curl

3 rounds of Cable Triceps Pulldown (16.25kg) x 8 Reps
3 rounds of Cable Biceps Curls (11.25kg) x 8 Reps
