As much as I would like to “slack” and skip this, I still managed to pull this off. Running while listening to radio is nice. Do you do it yourself?
1) Approx 2km Run around neighbourhood at moderate pace.
2) Overhead Bridge Slope Sprints x 6
Total Time approximately 30 Minutes
