Clean it Up!

Did this 2 days ago after my PT session with my client. Working on my lower body 😀

Set 1 – Front Squats 

1 round of Warm Up Front Squat x 20 Reps
1 round of Warm Up Front Squat (10kg x 2) x 15 Reps

3 rounds of Front Squat (12.5kg/15kg/17.5kg x 2) x 12 Reps

Set 2 – Barbell Clean

1 round of Warm Up Barbell Clean x 10 Reps

3 Rounds of Barbell Clean (5kg / 7.5kg / 7.5kg x 2) x 10 Reps

Set 3 – Jumping Squats + Goblet Squats

3 rounds of:

  • 20 Jumping Squats (7.5kg)
  • 5 Globet Squat (22.5kg)
  • Rest 30 Secs

Set 4 – Bosu Ball Agility
