Pulling myself Up Up Up!

Today was back to upper body workout. Decided to focus on my back and prepare a bit on my pull ups. 

Set 1 – Deadlifts

1 round of Warm Up Barbell Deadlifts x 15 Reps
1 round of Warm Up Barbell Deadlifts (10kg x 2) x 12 Reps
1 round of Warm Up Barbell Deadlifts  (15kg x 2) x 10 Reps

3 rounds of  Barbell Deadlifts (20kg x 2) x 8 Reps

Set 2 – Pull Ups

15 Reps of Slow Pull Ups (3Secs Up , 3 Secs Down)

Set  3 – Equalizer Incline Pull Ups

3 rounds of 6 Slow Incline Pull Ups (2 Secs Up, 2 Secs Down)

Set 4 – Single Hand Dumbbell Row

3 rounds of Dumbbell Row 22.5 kg x 6 Reps (Left)
3 rounds of Dumbbell Row 22.5 kg x 6 Reps (Right)

Set 5 – Hanging Leg Raise

5 rounds of hanging leg raise x 10 Reps
