Push n Pull

Push and Pull is the main focus of the workout. Had a bit of knee strain from Floorball, so I’m giving my lower body a bit of day off. Just doing so made my Triceps ache for 2 days. Yes, you hear me right. My Triceps worked hard as well as my chest and back. 

Set 1 – Dumbbell Bench Press

2 Rounds of Warm Up Dumbbell Bench Press (12.5kg x 2) – 12 reps
3 Rounds of Dumbbell Bench Press (17.5kg x 2) – 6 Reps

Set 2 – Dumbbell Bend Over Row 

2 Rounds of Warm Up Dumbbell Bend over Row (12.5kg x 2) – 12 reps
3 Rounds of Dumbbell Bend over Row (20kg x 2) – 6 Reps

Set 3 – Pushups Variations

5 Rounds of Pushups Variations – 10 Reps

Set 4 – Aqua Bag Row + Deadlift

5 Rounds of Aqua Bag Row + Deadlift – 10 x 2 Reps
