Full Body Workout in 30 Mins

An Exercise Workout need not be time-consuming. All you needs is properly planning and a mentality of  “Just Do…”. Here is how it might look like

Workout Set

4 Rounds of:
– Side Lunges with Dumbbell Press (4.5kg)
– One Arm Dumbbell Snatch (Right) (9.5kg)
– One Arm Dumbbell Snatch (Left) (9.5kg)
– Tuck Jump Pushup
– Burpee Pull Up

50 Secs of Exercise / 10 Secs Rest
No Rest in between Rounds
Complete it in 20 Mins

 

 

Core Set

1 Round of:
– Exercise Ball Jackknife
– Hanging Leg Raises
– Plank

50 Secs of Exercise / 10 Secs Rest
Complete in 3 Mins
