I had to complete a super quick workout in order not to be late for work. I used 2 dumbbells, an exercise mat and a pull up bar at home.
– Thruster (7kg x 2) (x3) into Dumbbell Pushup (x3)
– 5 Pull Ups
Little or No Rest in Between
Complete within 10 Minutes
